Feeling weak after fatloss

Underwent some rapid fatloss but been feeling weak, dizzy at times since then. Could this be electrolyte imbalances? workouts also have sucked recently

If your calories are really low still then remedy that. Could also be the electrolytes too. Why did you try to lose weight so fast? What's the rush?

I always wanted to do a 4 day fast for religious reasons while on holiday when i wouldnt have to worry about work

ill just eat maxxx and get in extra electrolytes, i went to the doctor and tested my heart/head/cardio system which is all fine. maybe i am low in iron or something im going back this week

yeah, happens when youre in a big calorie deficit for a while. Maybe try eating at maintenance for a while then continue with the cut, or eat a little more but still under maintenance

how long is far a while? i did fasting on and off

You just need to flush your system. Take a gallon of water. Mix in 2lbs of real sugar. Drink the whole thing in a few hours then take a nap. You will feel great when you wake up.

is this a troll or peaty advice?

Not a troll. It will flush out toxins in your kidneys and liver. It is why soda was originally sold as medicine.

well last summer I was cutting for an amateur competition, and I started feeling like what u described after about a month and a half at like 1600 calories. I countered it by eating more voluminous foods like oats, boiled potatoes, chicken breast, and a lot of vegetables and drinking diet coke

You may not be getting enough vitamins and it could be low blood pressure either from lack of electrolytes or too little iron or B12
