Fell for the overtraining myth

Did pull ups 6 days a week for 2 years. Also did dips and push ups but not as frequently as pull ups.

Results: Lats and Forearms are far more developed than other body parts. Nerds told me that according to science I have to wait 48 hours for the muscle to fully recover before I train again. But what grew the most was what I trained the most.

So now I need to scale back on pulling movements and increase the frequently of my pushing to balance out my body. So 2 years of weighted dips/push ups 6 days a week here I come!

The issue isn't really your muscles, it's connective tissue over-use injuries. Also CNS fatigue if you decide to be a based moron and attempt to run programs designed for juiced up soviet athletes

So are you complaining that your lats and forearms are too big? There are hundreds of threads that die on /Fit a month of people complaining they can't get those to grow. Do burpees and push-ups to balance out your chest, maybe throw in some tiger push ups to hit your triceps.
