Don’t freak out…I was recently in the same situation… here’s how you snap out of it.

Get a good pair of running shoes. Run 10k every day. If you can’t run, walk the rest of it. You’re just being a pussy though, you can definitely run, even if it’s at 12 minute mile pace though.

Then, keep doing your same lifts. Take lots of caffeine and stimulants so you can keep up the same weight. Eat clean, no processed foods. And you’ll realize how it sucks to run long distances every day, and how it’s much easier to eat clean than to try to burn off calories and hopefully stop making dumb decisions.

And don’t you fricking dare say “oh boo hoo running is too hard” or “oh noooo I don’t have time.” Yes you fricking do have time and you can fricking do it and you’ll be lean in no time. Cheers and Godspeed brah.

Nah, it's comfy. I do 8 - 10 miles most days. Pretty much immunity from getting fat.

Good advice but I disagree, it's called runners high for a reason, in fact running every day is probably the only thing I look forward to anymore

Of course 25 extra pounds will slow you down. You need to strengthen your whole body to support that weight. Just focus on training your core strength and maintain your weight. It will feel normal soon enough. Also how fast did you put on that weight? Gaining weight quickly is really bad for your health. I would hold off on cutting if you put it on in the last year. You need to give your body time to recover from what you just put it through.

At least now you know better. You have to focus on what works best for you, not some powerlifters who're pretending to be more capable than they are

Why would you ever wanna bulk up like that? Powershitters and modern bodybuilders have frankly the most disgusting and useless physiques on the planet

up to 195 lbs from 170 lbs
Not that insane of a bulk assuming it was over 25+ weeks and not something like 5.

    >HURR DURR EAT EVERYTHIN CUZ THAT HOW YOU BULK GOY!!!!
You fricks who fell for the meme deserve whatever you get. Literally, you need about 300-500 extra calories from protein and carbs daily to make gains appropriately, once you get beyond that, you're just gonna get fat.
Even that little bit will still amount to around 2000-2800 extra calories per week, so stop being a mongoloid.

I did a clean bulk and everything is working fine but yeah Im about 80% of the way there sharing your problems just went from 150 shredded AS FRICK to 175 pudgy and manly looking good in clothes (and only in clothes). Only way forward is to look good without clothes too and that's a Chris Hemsworth goal challenge I am not genetically gifted for.
