That seems really skinny already. If you are trying to have a toned stomach do some ab work and eat protein. Otherwise, don't starve yourself just to get rid of every ounce of fat. Women are supposed to have ~20% body fat to be considered healthy
I guess, it's really annoying tho kuz I've been doing stomach workouts and stuff for rpoabbaly near a year consistently and just all the fat in my stomach makes it so you cant even see any of my work, so what's even the point

It sucks that you can't just tell someone that they need to gain muscle to get what they want (feeling comfortable, hot, and competent). You need to go through a whole sales process, but the solution is knowable with only the first question and these two stats. You don't stop needing compound lifts, 6 months of bulking, and however much time you see fit cutting because you're a woman or because you don't want to look bulky, or because your mom, your boyfriend, your crazy uncle down by the river said that they got good results with calethenics. I'm sorry you wasted your time with dumb frick exercises and didn't get what you wanted. You can either keep getting mediocre results or stop being moronic
you could try building some muscle and improve your posture, do not lose more weight.

losing more fat would be very hard, especially if you are 100 pounds.. Id advise you to gain a little bit muscle. Getting bigger muscle mass will help you stay leaner, it will be easier to maintain lower body fat % and also improve your quality of life by being stronger overall.

Gaining muscle is hard, even for men. You wont become bodybuilder by accident. Just go fricking lift or something.

UH, I honestly ignore them (this is what I normally do). Even in my private gym I still get peeped for wearing shorts and a tank (my gym has strict clothing rules), so it is what it is, honestly. If I feel REAL uncomfortable I just move across the room to where my pops is hanging and I feel better 🙂
Honestly though, if you got a dad or brother you can drag along with you, it does wonders for peace of mind.

I haven't even graduated to the bench press yet... my dad only takes me to the gym three times a week (can't drive, medical reasons). Slowly working up my arms at home... even if home calisthenics SUCK. Gonna ask him to teach me to properly bench if I can get him to take me more than 3 times a week >:{}
I think it's weird you're getting back pain from the squat press machine. Maybe see a doc to make sure there's nothing fricky with your back cause if you're in your 20s like me it's way easier to get injured than if you are a teen and lifting can exacerbate that if you're not doing it right. I'm gonna see a doc for my lumbar that keeps getting fricked on a dime soon.

Not really. You can make it work better than it should of your a beginner or do something like the old Cheat mode, but even then the results will be minimal for your effort.
Otoh, 20% cut until summer? Are you obese or something? You'd probably be better off building muscle, such as a woman can, until April/May, and then cut.

At that height, I'd bet on 85kgs. But that would be as a strength athlete, full on valkyrie mode.
You'll probably bulk up to 90 at least to get there, if you're serious about it.

you will absolutely lose fat in a calorie deficit but it's not certain you will gain muscle. If you are new to the gym or if you have a significantly better routine/intensity/consistency it's possible to gain muscle in a calorie deficit. However, it doesn't really change your approach that much since you should have a good training routine regardless. The second best outcome is that your training helps you maintain your muscle in a while in a calorie deficit.
If you can get stronger, try that, or try to maintain your strength. If you can't maintain your strength, try to keep as much of it as possible. No need to think about it so much
I don't think your goals are attainable, more exactly the weight loss is totally possible but while building muscle not so much. I would suggest you try to cut for 2 months in a diet of high protein with a 500kC deficit. And judge from there. Maybe you would like to look more cut or jot, but you already have room to try body recomposition until the summer.

Build muscle. A little fat will always look bad if you don't have muscle. Eat a lot protein, do squats, sit ups, and push ups, and eat a slight calorie surplus. Just 100 calorie surplus will be enough. Make sure you track your workouts in a calorie calculator and write everything down. Once you have some muscle your stomach will tighten up and you can maintain a healthy weight.
okay, I tried tracking my calories for a while but I noticed my weight actually went up since I was constantly being like "oooh well I can have this and this and this kuz I'll still be eating under my limit" but I was always undershooting how much calories I was eating kuz I was feeling less faint and stuff but I was gaining weight. I could try again but I don't know if it's the best option for me. Thank you for the advice tho 🙂
Don't worry too much about weight as it will shoot up and down. Focus on building muscle. With in reason of course. Set yourself a weight limit that when you hit it you will do a cut. Reasonably you should try to maintain an average bmi for your size. Being underweight is actually just as dangerous and unhealthy as being 100lbs overweight.

the food before working out is such a good tip kuz when I was in my anorexic cringe phase I passed out at the gym kuz I didn't do the pre workout snack. I'm so happy I learned that lesson
I went through a period where I didn't have food in the fridge during finals and I lost fat very quickly along with muscle when going going bed hungry.
If you wanna have an actual impressive physique than I'd recommend like 3x8-12 and just do full body the same amount to keep your metabolism up. But yeah going to hard and getting too lean is bad, your fat stores will look better with a lil muscle and with a higher metabolism.
So I'll write you a lil program:
Just do barbell shit like push pull legs but you only have to go for like 30 minutes of lifting since building up a sweat is your goal. If you don't do any upper body it's gonna look weird unless you're within 5-10 lbs of way too thin.
