    Sure. One time my gf couldn't properly eat because of depression and she lost like 10 kilos. That bikini bridge was visible again. I've also heard girls going vegan and going back to their high school weight. But frankly I'd suggest doing cardio instead of starving yourself.

    Yes, but it's better to add exercise for abs and core, because even with same amount of fat, people with stronger core/abs will be generally thinner because the muscles work as kind of corset tightening your midsection.

    Abs require a low body fat percentage on every body. Due to women having a thicker layer of fat under their skin this is much harder for women to achieve.

    If you want abs with similar definition to a male body for an extended duration you'll require performance enhancing drugs in addition to exercise and diet to achieve a 'defined' look.

    However if you were okay with significantly less defined abs, that may be possible, however it will be a risk to the regulation of hormones, make absolutely sure you're aware of the risks.

It'll also make your legs thinner so no matter how much you lose your hip to waist ratio will continue to get worse, making your belly seem bigger than it actually is. Maybe stop worrying your tiny little brain about "getting thinner" and get bigger legs instead so that your torso looks smaller in comparison.
