Fillers for Runners face?

For anyone who has dabbled in cosmetics after getting their face fricked by late 20s aging or weightloss, how effective are fillers to compensate the volume loss? I feel mad I'm in the best shape of my life yet my face is turning to shit. I'm thinking of either doing collagen stimulation like Ellanse/sculptra which should look natural and subtle or a filler like Radiesse. No HA fillers because I'm shit scared of migration and turning into a male Kardashian.

Eat a bunch of eggs and coconut oil, you utter fricking moron. If you lose fat, eat some.

On second thought, go inject plastic and all types of toxic shit into your face. It’ll be great!

I already eat a ton of eggs and healthy oils in my 6-8 hour eat window. I'm on leangains to get into a healthy 12-15% bf(I'm on 20% rn). It's the only option right now. It's why I've kind of restricted myself to collagen stimulators as I don't want to put substances that'll just migrate all over my face over tine since HA filler reabsorbtion is a bit of a myth.

Eating tons of eggs and oils didn’t work for me either, sadly. Bumping this bread.

Your face wasn’t fricked from running, aging or weight loss. You have fricked up bone shape and a recessed chin

Do you even know what a recessed chin is?

For about a year I'd post the following facts:
    1. it's all about the face
    2. steroids (T in general), bodyfat < 20%, general aging all frick up your face
    3. the solution to #2

I was literally giving you homosexuals the answer how to counter facial aging and would get 1 or 2 replies. So I gave up. Now I'm glad no one picked up on it. It works fantastically well and it's not something I could profit from financially, so why give it away? Now I just enjoy being estimated as 15 years younger than my age.

Problem is, men don't carry fat in their faces as well as women. I agree that going too low in bf is not ideal and one should find a health balance of compromises. Hence why I'm only going to probably go down to bf 15%.

I went from 100kg to 83kg a couple of years ago. I'm hovering on 83-85kg right now as Ive bulked and now that Im cutting, Im looking to go down to atleast to 75kg before I maintain. I'm also a road cyclist who cycles 150km a week or 30km-40km per a session and avg 28km/h.

you look fine, completely normal face
you have face dysmorphia or some shit

My sister thought so too, but man I'm seeing a ton of differences in how women treat me as my face changed. I used to be a pretty boi who looked like a bulky version of Prince. Now I rarely get any flirty stares or flirting from women which sucks

If you want to help boost your collagen, look into red-light therapy. Continue to exercise, with high intensity training for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, three days a week (or more if you'd like). There is supplements you could look into, but everyone has their own idea on what to take, look up Bryan Johnson's supp. routine. Get consistent, good sleep, and stay hydrated. Wear moisturizer, and sunscreen everyday.

This will help you be young in your skin. It mostly boils down to, eat well, get good sleep, exercise regularly, and get all of your need nutrients. It's called 'longevity'.

I think it's too late for me dawg. I'm either going to go under the needle or the knife. I wanna enjoy my last few years of youth before I get the greys and can't pull off the "I'm 22" routine to frick younger girls. I went through 10 years of dealing with bipolar 2 disorder(not the sexy kind) so Ive been shitters for a while and I know I've damage by my health as a result.

your boneless face is due to genetics and weak bone structure, nothing else. you could malar/submalar implants to fill out your midface.
