This shit doesn't work that well for me. I feel it in my delts in the moment, but have doms for my levator scapulae afterwards. Any recs?
You probably have a little bit of frozen shoulder. Fixing it depends heavily on the cause, so you'll have to figure that out or just start working your way through remedies and hoping you don't make it worse in the searching.
