I just tried the squat and could do it fine but only on my right leg. Guess I need to do more BSS. My left knee is a little fricky.

Pistol squatting is just a good way to mess up your knees. That shifting you will do to keep your balance will add up to injuries over time.

the most dyel skeletor i knew in high school could do like 15 pullups easy tho
