    I just tried the squat and could do it fine but only on my right leg. Guess I need to do more BSS. My left knee is a little fricky.

    Pistol squatting is just a good way to mess up your knees. That shifting you will do to keep your balance will add up to injuries over time.

      What do you think this is? A rock under a waterfall? Your body is constantly repairing itself. If you don't sustain an injury from the shifting when you do the shifting then you'll simply recover and live to shift another day.

    I can do both of these and according to fit I'm a fat dyel. Granted, according to fit I'm also roiding and I'm a genetic freak. But also I have ngmi genetics.
