                I don't know if I can or can't. My pull up bar is in my bedroom and ceiling blocks my muscle up path.
                You can find many muscle up videos beginners and girls do on youtube. It's only impressive if no momentum is used.

    I'm trying out body weight exercises and i have found new respect for the calisthenics folks.
    Pullups are hard but these are much harder. Nevertheless I'm going to master these too
