>tfw have the strength to do dragon squats but currently lack the mobility
It's a shame that they are largely dismissed as a party trick because I just know they're sleeper OP for glute development.

do Hawaiian squat until you can do shrimp
after you do shrimp, attempt pistol
Why not reverse step
I find shrimp more difficult than pistol but can do both.
>filters you
>build you
how are these called?
weighted lunges
>muh balance
I can do this if I cheat by holding a wall/pole
And I can squat 5 pl8’s if I cheat by not loading any pl8’s
so you can't do it
>filtered
Any point of doing them weighted? I can do about 10 on each leg bodyweight
just do dragon squats

Look at this badass
Fuark, he actually has some leg thickness too. Very rare for calisthenics practitioners. Mirin.
You could add weight, but you're likely better off just doing a split squat instead and taking balance out of the exercise.
I've been doing these for fun lately
Nope.
Are you blind or just delusional?

snore
had to do these for my acl rehab. my balance was fricked at the time and it was very hard to do
not me, I can do those
It's easy but it does nothing. It doesn't build legs.
I do 12 of those on each leg every 3rd day.
You want a filter?
Picrel’s your filter!
Too much joint tension, and for what? To impress some gayoid on fit? No thanks
Move up to Crossed Pistols and Cross Squat Getups
No they don't, I can perform them.
