reason why we dont have any sides is because we have naturally higher DHT and we are actually benefiting from taking a low level of finasteride as we will increase our free test due to 5alpha reductase inhibition, others however may have normal DHT levels and are balding due to extreme scalp sensitivity, thus finastride makes their DHT go into the minuses and their dick gets fucked. then theres retards who consume fucking overdose 1MG finasteride and wonder how they got post finasteride syndrome
i personally take 0.25mg finastride pill every 2 days, 0.5 could work but id 0.25 was enough to fix my retrograde alopecia and stop any potential balding for me so no need.for it
how to know wether you have high DHT?
taking hormonal blood tests can give you detailed results, theres also physical and familial evidence to backup high DHT results such as being hairy as fuck, having thick and fast growing facial hair, having severe acne during puberty or early adulthood etc

the thing is 0.25, 0.5, 1 and even 5mg of finasteride all suppress DHT by nearly 70% so I don't understand how people experience less sexual sides by switching to a lower dose. the DHT suppression remains about the same at all doses, maybe a 5% differential only between 0.25 and 5 mg, so why would sexual side effects reduce by switching to a lesser dose? does finasteride have some other biological pathway effects then that also affect libido?
