    steak is improperly seared, ripping hot skillet is optimal. Otherwise this is a very high lipid content meal. Could stand to be leaner, and missing whole grains. Chicken breast & rice or quinoa with a vegetable will always reign superior nutritionally, If you are trying to look your best you should only be eating lean foods.

      you probably don't need quite so much dietary fat and in the mid to long term you'll see a better body composition/insulin sensitivity by reducing your dietary fat intake a bit and increasing carbs. EG you could have swapped the fries for hash browns and the either the egg for a bit of fruit or the steak for a leaner cut of meat or at the very least use less oil when cooking everything.

          Once you have sufficient fat intake for your basic needs it's not really that useful
          At the very least protein is comparatively difficult to store as fat and excess carbohydrate can be stored as glycogen. Excess intramuscular triglycerides is bad.
