Chicken breast & rice or quinoa with a vegetable will always reign superior nutritionally, If you are trying to look your best you should only be eating lean foods.

why would he need to "season"? the ingredients are tasty and don't need to be masked? seasoning is only needed when you're eating bland chicken breast or spoiling meat
you probably don't need quite so much dietary fat and in the mid to long term you'll see a better body composition/insulin sensitivity by reducing your dietary fat intake a bit and increasing carbs. EG you could have swapped the fries for hash browns and the either the egg for a bit of fruit or the steak for a leaner cut of meat or at the very least use less oil when cooking everything.
Once you have sufficient fat intake for your basic needs it's not really that useful
