the diets are not accurately reported and they are likely not real longevity areas

FWIW my grand-grandma is 102 years old and my family is from a blue zone, the diets I've seen reported from the people in my are appear to be highly accurate. That being said, those articles don't tell you that when you're that old you're functionally moronic and likely actively want to die peacefully ASAP.

exactly my point here. even if the longevity is real who knows if it has anything to do with diet. and do you mean to tell me sardinia doesnt eat a lot of meat and dairy?
they are historically poor areas without birth certificates. the number of centenarians goes down to almost nothing after they have better birth records. its probably just people faking their age for elderly benefits

And BTW this chart is somewhat bs, most people around here eat waaaay more meat and fish than this, ultraelderlies included. This chart doesn't even mention alcohol, which is a huge deal.

I was just typing this as you responded lol. I don't really think it has much to do with diet, my great-grandma had to be physically active well into her 80s because there was shit to be done in the house, this and eating enough protein could be the biggest factors, but this is just my schizo theory.

>5% meat fish poultry
when they asked about red meat they only asked about beef not lamb if its from the source i think it is. would be much higher if they ask about lamb

This has always been the case in rural areas in Europe and many other places, meats have been a very small part of people's diets. This was often through lack of availability more than any dietary choice. Well stocked supermarkets are a very recent phenomenon.
Add in the manual labour element and you actually end up with a healthy human being that doesn't die prematurely from self-induced diseases and bodily malfunctions.

Blue zones argument is fricking moronic though.
Okinawans for example, morons thought post-war diet was what they had always eaten and the reason they were healthy and long-lived.
In what world are Indians or other lentil eating fricktards living the longest
Shit, there was a good infographic on various races of men and it was IST or something and it is about how indians have really shitty body composition that is encoded in to their DNA. (no, this inforgraphic is not the one about how the body absorbs things from the environment and how indians literally excrete shit from their pores.)
Nothing died to produce them. By eating meat you are absorbing the soul of the slain animal and empowering your vril. Legumes, beans, seitan... it is all empty. It contains protein that can be used to nourish the body but it does enhance your vril. This displays itself In the body, not just in your spiritual power.
This looks like what they would feed prisoners in a scifi show
You are very likely funding Ind*ans or Can*dians
farts
low methionine
high carb
low protein digestibility
high phytic acid
They're still great, but you asked for flaws.
low methionine isnt necessarily a flaw, considering it activates the proaging pathways
and lives the longest
In what world are Indians or other lentil eating fricktards living the longest
blue zones. the number 1 common aspect of all longest lived peoples is eating a cup of beans everyday.
the blue zones are fraudulent and owned a religious organization. not real

Wtf are you even talking about. All they did was look at the areas where people live the longest. They probably all have different religions
i said its owned by religious org

High carb?
Are you serious
Mine only have 100% more than protein, which is moderate carb.
That's not what moderate means
Holy shit yes they're high carb. So are beans. 100g of cooked lentils are like 40g of carbs.
>carbs bad
Spotted the dyel
The tiny french ones take forever to cook. Good with pork and cloves though.
because they produce DYELS like vegans and south asians
People who eat these are the scrawniest, most moronic swarths on planet earth
I've only seen fugly, weak Indians eat this shit with their shit crusted fingers
>inb4 that's not poop that's just their aryan skin tone
Not as versatile as beans
I am (Orthodox) fasting and i eat lentils with jasmin rice almost every day, the only vegan that tastes good.
Hard to eat a lot of them. 200g (dried) will usually be only like 700 cals/40g protein, but it's a massive volume of food once you cook them.
indigestible
dyel food
I love spanish lentil stew so much its unreal
makes you smell like a jeet
Come and say it personally. I just ate lentils
it's why I stopped eating them, loved that shit as a kid
the staple of 4ft skinnyfats everywhere, dig in sar

Neither lentils or any other legume except maybe peanuts sit well in me.
Little teeth-shattering stones occasionally are mixed in that are hard to see in the darker lentils.
Legumes are peasant food
Eat meat, dairy, fruit, and honey to mog seed-eaters into oblivion
meat was mtor food
Eat beans and laugh in ampk when methionine consumers entered their grave and you remained
