          My old formula had 30g oats in put I took it out and replaced it with 1 scoop of whey (also 30g) because I felt it was too much carbs/ not enough protein.

        Skim milk (400g)
        Peanut flour (75g)
        Mixed berries (150g)
        Walnuts (30g)
        Raw spinach (50g)
        Banana (130g)

        Frick the oil, you don't need it. Skim won't kill you, you can eat whole cottage cheese later for milk fat. Walnuts have a better O3:O6 ratio and better micros.

          If you want a decent post workout shake, you want quickly absorbing carbs, a solid amount of protein, and some electrolytes. I didn't list potassium salt and other quick tricks because you shouldn't default to them unless you need them - like in rehydration drinks for long distance running or sports (which I also make for myself).

      The macros are fine as long as you aren't cutting.
      The micros are kind of shit, but the mixed berries and milk should make up for that.

      It's not going to fill you up at all on a diet and it's inconvenient as frick to drink in a single sitting.
      Cut down the portion by a factor of 3 or 4 and have it with a proper meal with fibrous carbs? Yeah then it's pretty good

    Ditch the oil and PB. Add .5 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt of choice, and remove a scoop of Whey (assuming your scoop is 22ish g of protein).
    If this is your PWO or (immediate) PoWo shake, it shouldn’t have any fats. You want quick digesting carbs and protein.
    If this is your last meal of the day, that’s fine. The fats will slow absorption of protein, making you fuller for longer.

    It takes me 2 days to consume this amount of fat.
    I've made the mistake in the past to think "saturated fat healthy so I gotta eat a lot" which in turn, made me fat.
    Didn't give me any health issues because it is indeed healthy.
    But now at under 35g fat a day, I've been losing 1kg of fat every 1-2 weeks, with unlimited fruit/low fat milk/potatoes/sugar/coffee/salt.

    Yes. Bananas have an enzyme called polyphenol oxidase, which works to degrade polyphenols. You're essentially wasting the polyphenol content in the mixed berries that you'd otherwise absorb. This was shown in a 2023 study.
