My old formula had 30g oats in put I took it out and replaced it with 1 scoop of whey (also 30g) because I felt it was too much carbs/ not enough protein.
what does the olive oil do for the shake. seems out of place
extra fat/calories plus olive oil is good for you or somethinng
>extra fat/calories
why add olive oil to accomplish this though, you already have peanut butter and whole milk in the shake. if you want more fat/calories why not add more peanut butter or more milk. please make shakes with normal ingredients
too much fat. 50g/day is already a lot.
50g a day is like the minimum for proper hormone production lol what
>50g a day is like the minimum for proper hormone production

LFHC still consumed 65g of fat a day on average therefore i will be ignoring this study
Frick the oil, you don't need it. Skim won't kill you, you can eat whole cottage cheese later for milk fat. Walnuts have a better O3:O6 ratio and better micros.
For others reading: >calcium binds the oxalate up >peanut flour has decent fiber for the calories
If you want a decent post workout shake, you want quickly absorbing carbs, a solid amount of protein, and some electrolytes. I didn't list potassium salt and other quick tricks because you shouldn't default to them unless you need them - like in rehydration drinks for long distance running or sports (which I also make for myself).
>pb and whole milk >"micros are shit"
That's going a bit far tbh
The macros are fine as long as you aren't cutting.
The micros are kind of shit, but the mixed berries and milk should make up for that.
It's not going to fill you up at all on a diet and it's inconvenient as frick to drink in a single sitting.
Cut down the portion by a factor of 3 or 4 and have it with a proper meal with fibrous carbs? Yeah then it's pretty good
Ditch the oil and PB. Add .5 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt of choice, and remove a scoop of Whey (assuming your scoop is 22ish g of protein).
If this is your PWO or (immediate) PoWo shake, it shouldn’t have any fats. You want quick digesting carbs and protein.
If this is your last meal of the day, that’s fine. The fats will slow absorption of protein, making you fuller for longer.
>batransa
use frozen yogurt as the base. discard ~~*bananas*~~ as they are all monsanto genetically modified garbage. i used to like them but i cant even eat them anymore i literally gag from all the gmo's
3 scoops
250g berries
Milk until the mixer is almost full
Boiled sweet potato (literally just better than bananas, don’t taste like ass or look like wieners, homos)
Tablespoon honey (local otherwise it’s moronic)
2 gloves garlic (won’t be noticed, just healthmax)
Some spinach for healthies
Thanks me later
It takes me 2 days to consume this amount of fat.
I've made the mistake in the past to think "saturated fat healthy so I gotta eat a lot" which in turn, made me fat.
Didn't give me any health issues because it is indeed healthy.
But now at under 35g fat a day, I've been losing 1kg of fat every 1-2 weeks, with unlimited fruit/low fat milk/potatoes/sugar/coffee/salt.
Yes. Bananas have an enzyme called polyphenol oxidase, which works to degrade polyphenols. You're essentially wasting the polyphenol content in the mixed berries that you'd otherwise absorb. This was shown in a 2023 study.
Sugar, fiber and pesticides
Sugar, fiber and pesticides
Sugar, antinutrients, cancer oil, low bioavailability, high estrogen legumes
Plant oil, none of which even is 100% olive. Tons of omega 6 for inflammation.
Dairy scraps from the floor
Milk is okay, raw better
This is great
These are the shakes that Hollywood actors drink to put on muscle for action movies
Pedowood just throws their homosexual manlets on gear
where's the meat?
makes you feel too full and bloated
Micros are shit. Not enough fiber. Bad O3:O6 ratio. Poor protein:calorie ratio.
You do you though.
How can I add more protein in while keeping calories where they are/lower?
I already thought I was doing enough having 2 scoops of whey instead of 1.
NTA
I would get premier protein and put two servings of vanilla flavor
It should be 50g of protein
The two scoops I have (bulk nutrients, Ausgay) are 54g protein already.
yes, but I don't want to go too high with cals because my other meals I spam out during the week fit macros pretty well for tdee already (3000~ cal)
>keeping calories where they are/lower?
Is this a bulking shake or not?
Oats. This is usually made with around 100g oats to.
My old formula had 30g oats in put I took it out and replaced it with 1 scoop of whey (also 30g) because I felt it was too much carbs/ not enough protein.
extra fat/calories plus olive oil is good for you or somethinng
Remove the olive oil. Go down to 20g peanut butter. Why you drinking this if you need less calories but more protein?

Not a complete amino profile
enough aminos in the mix to make them count
Cut 2/3rd cup of milk and add another scoop of protein
remove the fricking olive oil
Skim Greek yogurt (200g)
Skim milk (400g)
Peanut flour (75g)
Mixed berries (150g)
Walnuts (30g)
Raw spinach (50g)
Banana (130g)

what does the olive oil do for the shake. seems out of place
I used to drink this. It made me feel like shit. Also broke 2 blenders with this.
Woah woah that's a lot of fructose bro
Olive oil in a shake with milk sounds disgusting
i read mixed berries as mixed batteries and wondered what kind of moronic diet was circulating amongst the normies atm
Delete olive oil. Add oats and honey.
1132 calories for 80 grams of protein lol you could eat 2 lbs of skinless chicken breast and get the same calories for 200g of protein
Add deenz.
>no yogurt
>no creatine
too much fat
remove the olive oil and add another banana

Whey protein is a scam. You don't need it.
yeah you dont need it if you are getting enough protein from foods but 50grams of protein from a shake is super easy and convienant.
TLDR: you are a Black person homosexual moron
