First cycle as a beginner

Looking at doing 400mg/mL test e for 12 weeks, physique is pic related. Any advice? Never did a cycle before. Pic related is about 4 months of newbie gains. 5'10 & 174 lb

    Give it time. Cut first and see how you feel about it then? I know just telling you not to doesn't work from experience, you'll do it probably no matter what if it's already bouncing around in your mind but you'll get more bang for your buck and see better results waiting.

    Get into actually decent frickin' shape before using gear. Seriously, this ain't it.

    Unlike what some seethers think, gear doesn't just automatically make you build muscle and better body shape. It's the cherry on top of an already crafted physique. That's the reason people tell you to hit your natty limit before blasting.

    You look like a soup sandwich currently. It's not meant to be criticism, this is a wake up call. Body dysmorphia works both ways. Don't waste your first blast, you'll never again get your first ever exposure to exogenous test, ever. Premature usage means forever limiting yourself.

        250mg test e 100mg tren e and 200mg primo per week for 6 months and just try to eat less. You'll get fricking shredded if you stick to a good diet though

    Up it to 500mg and take your adex liberally. No point being natural. You can gain muscle, lose fat, and PR on your lifts every week on 500mg test. Whatever you decide to do, remember that the 500mf of test is going to accomplish it 5x faster than if you did it natural. No point waiting, cutting or bulking. Just make sure you train hard and correctly

      I am seconding what this anon says. I'm about the same bf% as you OP and my first cycle of 500mg test is going great. I have put on size, all my lifts have gone up and I'm losing fat at the same time. Shit is incredible. You will have to be very careful to monitor estro sides though. I have to take 25mg twice a week to prevent tiddies.

      OP I think they're mad you made your own thread for this when there is a fraud thread. You're not fat but you should really at bare minimum hit the 1 year mark before starting test. If you're not gonna listen, plenty of bodybuilders do cutting cycles don't listen to these morons. You're leaving gains on the table technically but you can retain and definitely build muscle while on a cut if you're on a few 100 mgs of test especially your first time.
