>at over 300 lbs you could easily lose 2lbs a week via a normal calorie deficit and not be completely miserable.
Is that what you did, or are you just making stuff up?
are you dumb? That's basic math. I entered in my height and the OP weight. Their maintenance is just about 3000 calories, which means you could still eat 1900 calories, which is plenty, and lose over 2 fricking pounds a week.
Do things that distract you. Get active but not intensely. Like walking and light activity. Anything that's high intensity will make you way hungrier. You could also get some caffeine in your system. It's a really good appetite suppressant. Are you doing this for weight loss or for mental strength though anon?
Just occupy your time with video games or something. I was able to do a 3 day dry fast a year ago because I was so preoccupied playing cuphead and hades. I'm not as heavy as you though, don't know if you'll get some sugar or calorie withdrawal if you don't eat for 2 days.
Is this your first experience fasting?
Starting off with a 2 day fast is probably a really bad idea, not trying to discourage you but you're not used to it yet and probably on day 3 you'll binge eat and undo all the work you've done.
You should start with something like OMAD or ADF (one normal day, one 500 calorie day, repeat) and then work up to full day fasts or multi-day fasts.
I just completed three days and it wasn't that hard. going in for another 48 tomorrow.
find things to keep busy.
and this is the most key part. the knowledge you will succeed, you'll lose all the weight, if you do this. if that doesn't motivate the frick out of you, you don't want it enough. you should be excited when you fast because it's letting you straight to your dream weight.
I'm 182 and feel so fricking depressed i cant eat, even though doc forced me to start taking SSRI garbage. Its day 2 of no food and everything feels heavy and sleepy
I was 286 last July and am 223 as of 15 minutes ago. What I did to start was pretty simple. Start with restricting the time frame when you eat and only drinking water, no coffee or anything else. For example, reduce your time frame of eating from any time to 6am until 3pm. If you do not feel hungry at 3pm do not eat the rest of the day. Then after doing that and getting used to it reduce the hours. I went from 6am to 3pm, 6am to 12pm then 6am to 9am. Eventually I changed it from 6am to 9pm due to changing my work schedule and then went omad. Once you have your eating time to once a day it is really easy to reduce calories you eat. You can try to track calories and eat under a certain amount if you want but I know so many people who claim they violate the laws of thermodynamics when trying to lose weight and having 4 meals and 3 snacks throughout the day. Eventually throw in a day not eating ans call it a 48 hour fast. The only time I do not lose weight in a week now are weeks where I break my omad rule. The past week I lost 6 pounds alone due to changing the food I eat.
If you fail to lose weight with a basic calorie restriction then you are not calculating your calories properly. Posting what you eat and drink daily will help others break your fat logic if you really want to lose weight.
Anon, you may be fat, but you don't have to be weak mentally. Every day you fast you melt a minimum of 0.6 lbs off your body. If you value your health, and you are taking this journey seriously - just get angry and don't let the discomfort bother you. Get angry at yourself and your fat, and treat it like a war.

So... you're making stuff up and have no idea.
Making up what? Basic math? I was 218 and lost 1.5lbs a week doing the same thing at a lesser deficit (750 cal under maintenance)
Lmfao you're so dumb. Okay, keep prattling on about nonsense you have no idea about. I'm not your tard wrangler.
