              I don’t insulin resistance or low T anymore so it is consistent.

              It is logical because these things lower your BMR you you don’t burn as many calories.

    That is just how it works, the 2000 calorie diet is a lie we only need 1000, a cut should be 300-500 cals a day max.

    So I guess the situation is, OP is a fat lazy c**t who blames all his problems on these medical conditions that he's probably never gotten diagnosed or even tried to fix. He just assumes they are impossible to fix because anytime he tries to make a positive change in his life he gives up immediately. So he comes to the conclusion it's literally impossible for him to be healthy, but it's not his fault cause he just needs the right drugs/medicine and he'd be fit.     Training will be strength focused, according to your level. Starting strength of you have never done it, Texas method or hlm if you're already done it.
    And if you can add a liss routine (jog 20m 3/w) and walk a couple of hours per day, you need all the help you can.
