yea this shit is dumb, there's relatively frick all for sugar in good peanut butter anyways. Peanut protien might not be as bioavailable as say whey, but it still works just fine

Idiots looked at what pure fructose does to cells and were horrified. All ketolards started broadcasting how horrible it is.
They conpletely ignored that in fruit it comes in the for of slowly absorbed because of cells and all the fiber. They ignored it's a jetfuel for your gut microbiome that processes most of fructose into healthy anti-inflammatory short chain fatty acids. And they absolutely ignored that if you have muscles and work out, a the fructose that get's into your bloodstream is immidiately turnwd into glycogen in your muscles.

Now I understand I'm dealing with a fatass. I thought this was a thread for lifting related mistakes, not weight loss.

        >Lots of added sugar
not if you get the proper shit, i.e. pure peanuts and nothing else
in a glass jar ofc, none of that plastic shit
        >, plant/incomplete protein
true, need to multiply that by whichever ratio you're more interested in (muh "complete protein", or specifically the amino acid that stimulated MPS, adjusting for bioavailability ofc)
        >high calorie
this is good in bulking scenarios
one you missed is saturated fats, gotta keep an eye on those obviously

Compounds (for most people) work your abs enough to be functional, but if you want visible abs, odds are you'll have to isolate them. I used to be lazy about abs too, but the difference between just doing heavy squats/deadlifts/farmer walks/.. and slapping a 10 minute core routine at the end of my workouts is night and day

This thread is moronic. There's nothing wrong with fruit, nofap, or cold showers. Peanut butter is bad because it's just trash protein and seed oils.

Low fat is not good, since you literally NEED fat for proper hormone production/function.

    >peanut butter
    >nofap
    Literally nothing wrong with these

Peanut butter is an excellent bulking food and jerking off is a strictly wasteful expenditure of your time and energy, even assuming no porn.

If you're going to satisfy yourself sexually, at least do so while forming a psychosexual bond with a woman.
