They have that type of military physique which is healthy and fit, but not gym jacked. And that's not bad either. But I don't know if it's possible to replicate that without the sort of discipline and structure that the military forces upon you.

My upper frame is the size of your average teenager starting to grow.

Asians tend to have shallow hip sockets and proportionally shorter limbs. With this in mind, you’ll be very squat dominant vs hinge dominant. Also, you will be more arm dominant in upper body compounds. With these things in mind, you may need more hinge work (eg do RDLs instead of DLs), and more direct torso work (eg chest flies and pullovers) than Caucasian lifters. Asians tend to be worse at tolerating dairy and alcohol so avoid these. Also, the typical Asian diet is very carb heavy and low calorie so try and focus on getting protein in eg have more roast meats and less rice at dim sum with the family.
To add to this, ignore the memes about asian guys being passive/feminine. Asian men are, in my experience, very hardworking but still very humble and relaxed. Do not be demoralised by racebaiting here or anywhere else.
