I don't get it, made 2 months ago, bunch of zooms in the comments yet it has a sense of nostalgia to it

I already know a few things I should try first before trying new supplements >better sleep >reduce stress >less screen/internet time >less junk food (been really busy lately and ended up eating cheap microwave stuff too much) >more mental exercise >more water, less alcohol >more cardio >more time in nature/fresh air >maybe creatine, heard it helps
I figure only once I've mostly sorted out these should I look at other supplements
