        You could easily google this or think about it. When you’re laying on a declined bench, your bottom pec is going to be the part that lengthens the most, so it will be the part that gets built most.

          Nah I'm just old. I remember youtube when it had porn or generally wasn't as corporatized, pre-channel youtube. To be honest it kinda seems like you kids are making Youtube a surrogate for friends. I would just go to the biggest guy in your gym and ask him for advice and help. I know that might be hard for you, verbal communication and speaking to people with your mouth but he might give you some good tips and pointers.

          I occasionally use youtube to look something up, like I had an issue with my dishwasher not working a few weeks ago, but no way in hell would I ever actually know who these e-celebs are. I see you guys post about some people when I pop in here a few times a month and I'm like holy frick does every zoomer have an encyclopedia level knowledge of internet celebrities and watch youtube all day? Ya'll are sad to be honest.
