Flourmaxxing

Flour has 455 calories/cup. Can I mix this with water for bulking? Internet says flour might get me sick but what if I ‘cook’ the flour. Will my shits be effected like GOMAD?

Baking flour alone might do something, it would smell lovely in your home, nice and toasty. Not sure if the temperature would be adquate for eating as flour can burn and really does need hydration to cook properly. Easy way to flour max would be adding it to liquid meals as a thickener such as a roux (butter or oil with flour), making pasta (100g flour per 1 egg), or bread (flour, water, salt, and yeast). Lots of no knead bread recipes which lessens the time intensive aspect of bread making.
Bread would be the easiest way to consume the most amount of flour in a sitting without excess fat calories.
        Have fun chef maxing anon.

Okay if you want to max flour abs water than I suggest making simple bisquits. Take 2 cups of flour and mix with 2tsp baking powder and 2tbls vegetable oil. Then get a cup of water and mix the water with a tablespoon of vinegar. Slowly mix the water in the dough until you get a nice dough. Don't make it too wet or dry. Enough to make a nice log shape. Then cut the logs and put them on your baking sheet, cut side down. Try to make them all around the same size. Finally depress your thumb in each one (you can wet your thumb so it doesn't stick to the dough). Your goal is to make an indent in each one and you fill this indent with a small amount of vegetable oil. Cook this at 350 f. You can experiment with the temperature but that works well for my toaster oven. Set it for 15 minutes. Turn like half thorough, but watch it closely after 10 minutes so it doesn't burn. For me it usually is done in like 13 minutes.

These are very good simple bisquits. The extra oil on the top of each really makes them great. I eat them plain, which maxes your goal of flour water. Of course you can half the recipe also.

what kind of flour? You can safely ingest oat and rice flour raw. corn starch too (probably, double check before actually eating it), just mix it in with your shake.
If you struggle to get your calories in, then fats are way to go. Replace chicken breasts with thighs or pork. Peannut butter and mayo also deliver frickton of calories per volume.
