No its not a problem unless you can't attribute it to any other abnormal eating patterns. Your body can only absorb so much protein. The rest of it gets filtered out normally and that's what you're seeing.
200g of protein is a lot. You really only need half that. Reduce your intake and you'll see the foam go away
The rule is more accurately explained as 2g per kilogram of lean body mass, not 1 per pound of total weight. I get roughly 130g since I'm around 77kg and 13% bf to begin with.
He doesnt have failing kidneys at 24, you morons. He would be in the hospital with far worse symptoms than foamy piss. >i do eat a ton of protein - like 200g a day.
Cut that in half and drink more water.
Fluid build up in your body, it will cause cramping, swelling, near zero appetite, weakness, chest tightness. By the time you start noticing blood in your urine it's already progressed to a serious state.
The symptoms are quite general, but you should have a combination of them that (hopefully) will cause you alarm enough to see someone.
I'll tell you something weird I've noticed: every time I do a cut before summer I cut carbs down extremely low, basically just meat and fruit, and I notice pee foam disappears entirely. As soon as I start eating normally it comes back. No idea what it means.
I did multiple urine tests, blood tests and all that, nothing came up for the doctor to worry, at this rate, at 32, I guess I'll just roll it and keep an eye on it.
I've had foamy piss for as long as I can remember. Self diagnosed kidney aids through WebMD so I went to a doctor about it, even got a second opinion and it all came out normal. I've accepted my fate as a foam pisser. Just hoping it doesn't turn out to be something more serious down the line that the GP missed
I've always had foamy piss, thought I was dying when I first learned what that could mean but it just turns out I eat a lot of protein and have a fire hydrant piss stream.
I am 36 and have had foamy piss since my teens. My last checkup and bloods were all fine. I think some people just have foamy piss. If it's something new, then maybe that's a concern?
Its because you jerk off either right before bed or right when you wake up
Why left out the third choice, jacked off during sleep. Either self, or being done by someone else.
pajeet post
drink more water
>but i drink alot already

Excess proteins in your piss. Stop drinking protein shakes and it goes away
i do eat a ton of protein - like 200g a day.
I heard protein in piss is like, your kiddneys are over. I'm only 24 bros

Same here, I have to eat an animal protein with a meal or it feels like I'm wasting calories
No matter how much protein you take in protein shouldn’t be in your piss, it’s a sign of leaky kidneys
If you're drinking protein shakes you'll see foamy piss. First hand experience. I didn't see foam before or after I stopped taking protein shakes
i dont drink em. bnut i eat a ton of meat
homie got kidney disease lol
Go see a doctor man, frothy urine is apparently a sign of failing kidneys
i had a urinalysis done but was protein negative? This was midday tho, after i had drunk some water

I've noticed the same.
Same OP,

>GP
ffs get a referral to a specialist
I asked about it but he said not to worrie and that it's prob nothing. Hope I can sue if I ever need a kidney transplant
Is it cloudy too? You're probably just dehydrated
the top layer can have like small foam that makes it look cloudy ut when i piss in a bottle it seem spretty clear looking thru
Odds are you're dehydrated or just pissing super hard
Check the products you/your mom use to clean the toilet. Reactions (acid/alkaline) are common.

your sourdough starter is looking good anon
I too am a foamy pisser. My first piss of the day looks like a pint of lager with a proper head on it.
Think it’s just high pressure. Also when I bust I can blast it out really far. . any of my foamy piss bros relate?
