    Don't come to fit for dietary advice. You can have carbs and peanut butter. But you should also have chicken and steak too. Anyone who tells you not to eat carbs has a mental imbalance due to lack of carbs.

            If I want carbs, I just eat steel cut oats like rice. and then ground chicken cooked into patties or just fried with lard. If you're worried about seed oils, eat only olive oil, lard of ghee. Coconut is fine, but coconut oil kind fricks with my stomach, unlike lard, which is smooth as frick. Also peanut butter with peanuts and unpasteurized honey. But I also fast, and this allows me to throw in some cheat items, like candy or soda once in a while. More often than I'd like. But not enough to warrant worry.

    Just do the first 2 and let me know how it goes. You don’t have to listen to people who are trying to make everything complicated. It’s actually stupidly simple. Refined sugar and added seed oils turn people fat because they are pure energy with no nutrients.

    asking here because i dont want to make an enitre thread for this
    is it better to take 6000 IU vit d3 all at once or space it out throughout the day so i dont strain my kidneys?
