    Breakfast:
    3 x back bacon rashers
    2 x poached eggs
    Protein shake

    Lunch:
    Chicken breast
    Avocado
    Pepper
    Cherry tomatoes
    Salad

    Dinner:
    2 x salmon fillets in honey dressing
    Egg rice rice with stir fry veg

    Plus coffee with semi skimmed milk through the day

    1700 calories with 165g protein
