    no /sqt/ so I'll ask here.
    cardio. before or after workout or both? I always did both. 10 min stepper before 5 min after on relatively high settings all the way from start to finish.
    but when I really push myself on my main workout I have barely any energy left for cardio. also heard some people say it kills gains to do it right after but idk.
