    >recovery
It's going to be at least 4-8 weeks before you can go back to the gym, and even then you've got to take things slow.

    >What things did you do/take to heal fast?
There's nothing you can take, but your doctor should be asking you to wear a compression garment for probably 3-4 weeks after the surgery, and then you'll need to use a massage gun on the affected areas to break up scar tissue.

    >consultation
some docs remove the entire gland, some don't. Find out which yours is. Inquire about their general surgical approach. Usually a good sign if your surgeon specializes in plastic surgery and is board certified in that specialty--there are a lot of ~~*a-holes*~~ without proper certs doing these procedures nowadays Review their before/after pics. What kind of anesthesia options do they offer?

he's board-certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery, but a generalist. (does lots of tit jobs though) I don't know where to find a specialist...

Lipo and removal of breast tissue (which I have a lot of, and have since I was a teenager)

      Local anesthesia

just really do your research, if they don't advertise before/after pics from previous patients then demand to see some. There are tons of websites with threads covering many specialists and their strengths/weaknesses. I traveled to have mine done and don't regret anything; if you have to stay local just shop around and do some consultations after you narrow down your choices with your own inquiries.

Dude posted his surgery and is updating on his recovery. He details the healing peptides he's added to his stack and the rest of his recovery protocol.

im booked in to see a surgeon soon, hoping he removes the glands on both nips. My gyno is pretty severe, like A cup tittie on my left nip and a bit smaller on the right. Hurts like a b***h at times.

3 weeks until i could do legs. 5 weeks to chest.

    >What things did you do/take to heal fast?
what anons before have said. could take vitamin e

if a doctor says they actually remove the entire gland they are lying. they leave a tiny tiny bit of it left to get a perfect result. i got the best surgeon in my country and it was one of the best decisions of my life. what you should do is ask what technique they will use. cutting under the nipple is the only good option. if youre fat and they have to do other shit than just cutting under the nipple dont do it yet you fricking moron and cut to a normal bodyfat.

    >some docs remove the entire gland, some don't.
whats the reasoning behind some not removing the gland? is it some medical related complication or is it because they want you to come back eventually if it regrows?
