ever since I came across this technique I can't stop fussing over my tongue posture. It's been three years and I still feel awkward about aligning it, worrying about pushing into my teeth, swallowing properly without creating too much suction that would push my lips against my teeth and the constant awareness of saliva buildup in my mouth. Not to mention that it is impossible to keep the "back third of the tongue properly engaged" unless actively thinking about it which means my concentration goes to shit as well.
It's driving me nuts. How do I forget about mewing?

and the beauty part is that it made no difference whatsoever. The only visible change occurs when actively pushing that back third up. Once there is even the slightest relaxation the soft tissue slackens and you go back to square one.

Pushing or touching teeth? I don't think just touching is a problem. Wtf is the problem with suction that push your lips against ur teeth?
imagine chad worrying about where his tongue is placed ? kek
Statebof that femoid
you and other people dont forget to mew, it's something that's supposed to happen unconciously.
in my experience, excersizing and working helps mewing drastically (lifting, running, and using yer brain). generally speaking, it works when your focused on something completely, so get out of your brain and focus on what you're working on. also dont do it too hard, it's supposed to be an unconcious activity.
in conclusion, be actively focused on your work a couple of days, and your teeth might not be as crooked.
SIDE NOTE! don't take moronic advice from fit (except me of course), because this site is moronic.
