    Working out alone is enough to increase your test levels significantly higher than average compared to normal people around you.
    Eating egg yolk will also increase it.
    Getting CONSISTENT sleep on a CONSISTENT sleep schedule increases it.

During the martial arts phase I was eating McDs and similar several times a week. The second result was after I stopped (lockdown) and was eating like shit.

    The only way to consistently make free test high is to actually expose yourself to high test scenarios daily.
    Free test has an extremely short half-life so SHBG and other binding proteins will hold on to testosterone until it's needed.
    If you don't stimulate its release consistently then free test can't be very high.
