              I believe candy corn has starch and possibly gums as binders, and these are not so good
              its also just a shit tier candies
              fruits are marginally better than candy bc of micros and bc theres little chance of contamination bc theres little processing in canned fruit versus candy
              but nonetheless I do eat candy, because like I said, its just sugar
              and sugar is the optimal fuel, its literally what our mitochondria are designed/optimised to metabolise

              fruit/sugar are just macros, I get my micros elsewhere, mainly from meat, eggs, milk, fish, etc

            There's more than enough from red meat, eggs, dairy, etc, and you can fill in the gaps with plant foods. Fruit still has a good amount of vitamins as well a decent amount potassium, and certain fruits (namely avocados, raisins, and apricots) have a good amount of boron, which is important for T production.
