    Did you not lift or something? I've been doing fasting since end of May and have done 48s, 72s, 7 days, and now almost finished with 21 days, and I'm looking much better. I'm retaining muscle and shedding fat like crazy and on the balance of things, cutting for 1 year would see me with less muscles than fasting for 3 months and bulking for 9 months based on my progress so far. I find the opportunity cost of slower cuts is often not mentioned even by fasting advocates. Furthermore, it's just plain easier. I don't think I can restrict myself to 1700 or calories a day for a year to get my 2lbs a week cut and even that is assuming no slowed metabolism after months of cutting when it'd be 1400 a day eventually. That's unacceptable.

    Granted I've only recently become leaner than your starting pic but still, I'm 1-2 weeks away from having abs, and muscle nuclear memory will see me make all my minimal lost gains back in less than a month. Fasting is the ultimate recomp tool.

    I kindda feel this is fake but I'm too lazy to crop one of the pica and search them atm.
