I had double jaw surgery about 6 months ago. My jaws were wired shut for about 6 weeks during my recovery, and I still couldn't really chew for weeks even after the wires were removed, and so I was on an all liquid diet for about 2 months.
I tried to eat healthy at first by blending up the healthy whole foods that I usually eat with a blender, but I just couldn't stick with it. For whatever reason, my jaws being wired shut radically changed my taste buds, and so the things that I usually liked prior to my surgery now made me want to gag. And so I ended up losing 20 pounds in the first couple of weeks following my surgery because I could barely eat the healthy food that I was was trying to force down my throat with a feeding syringe.
Out of desperation, I decided to eat pure goyslop because I simply needed more calories. I was putting half of a giant sized box of sugary children's breakfast cereal into a blender, pouring in 2 or 3 pre-made, high-protein meal replacement shakes, and then squirting that sugary, high carb, and artificially flavored slurry into my mouth and swallowing it without chewing like a human snake. And I'd do that 2 or 3 times per day. I'd also put half of a pumpkin pie in a blender, several huge scoops of vanilla ice cream, a protein shake, huge heaping tablespoons of peanut butter, and lots of maple syrup and squirt that down my throat as well. That allowed me to put on 25 pounds of fat in about a month.
And weirdly enough, my skin and hair never looked better - which is crazy because my skin is almost always red, dried out, and covered in acne blemishes. And my hair is almost always dried out and brittle.
And so you lied to me IST. Goyslop honestly isn't that bad for you. It actually saved my life.
