So those muscles will be the ones that grow the fastest. The problem is that when you consider that you have to be able to finish the exercise in a reasonable amount of time to make the most out of it and to fit into time constraints, you're much more restricted in programming than say a upper/lower split, PPLPPL, arms/torso/legs, etc.
My starter routine is all dumbbells, ladder sets. Just not full body each day. Focus each day on specific areas.

It's pretty good if you can cram all your volume into those days. Not a lot of room for accessories. I have issues sleeping if I have workouts over an hour and half so I don't do them but I used to and it worked for that time.
I'm a late intermediate and I do it, sort of. You are not going to train your entire body fully on any one workout but that's okay, it's not the point. I have two different workouts that I alternate. One is RDLs (& a few shrugs after), then all chest, arm & shoulder stuff. The other is kinda like a leg day but without any hip hinges, & including lat pulldowns & rows. So it's kinda a full body I guess. Back & hams getting trained each workout, upper body & lower body stuff each workout.
Full body good, but I would recommend hitting two groups at once, like circuit training but only two. For example, a program we ran was something like
>power clean, inverted row >squat, chinups >bench, single arm db rows
clap pushups and prehab shoulder stuff at end or inbetween bench sets
another day was like >power snatch, core >front squat, pullups >RDLS, some sort of shoulder row
All the main lifts like squat and clean and bench are heavy, while the assistance are 10 reps with lighter weight, keeps the intensity up without gassing you out for other lifts.
All this with proper periodization is amazing, get a sports science trainer.
