-protein powder 1 scoop
-2 cups milk
-handful almonds
-1 cup oatmeal
-1 banana
-shit loads of honey
-1 tbsp olive oil

Took me a whole fricking year of dedicated meal planning to lose fat and I've never even been overweight, just started skinnyfat and despite building muscle, there was a stubborn layer of fat that was impossible to remove without frustrating myself mentally and physically.
