    No. It's physically impossible for muscles to not adjust to the stress of a workout. Of note he didn't post his routine besides 5 days per week claims. How many sets, reps. How many days per week per bodypart?
    I suspect he's doing a brosplit that would train a single bodypart once per week. I seriously doubt that's enough for most people starting out. I've had my biggest gains with a 4 day ABx type routine

    I literally don't believe this. You could do a half ass shitty workout and not count calories and still gain some muscle after 2 and a half years.
