    Start off with simple cardio. Just walk around your neighborhood a few times. As long as you eat healthy, do regular cardio, you’ll be fine. If you’re a busy person/lack motivation you can pick up a 3 day full body exercise routine

    Discipline is key, no one is motivated to do repetitive things all the time. But they are disciplined enough to think of a schedule and to respect it.

      Set days and times to work out, at least 3 days a week, and stick to it even if you don't feel "motivated". It's like going to work. You don't always feel like going, but you do it anyway. If you don't go to work, the consequence is getting fired.         All you need to know about nutrition are these 3 factual and undeniable principles:

        Every micronutrient we need can be found in animal foods, the same can't be said about plants.
        Every animal in nature can be safely eaten by us; the same certainly can't be said about plants.
        Every animal source of protein is a complete protein for us; most plant proteins are not.

        So liver is always going to be healthier than chia seeds. Meat is always going to be healthier than potatoes. Eggs are always going to be healthier than nuts. Whole milk is always going to be healthier than oat juice. Honey (made by animals for animals like dairy) is always going to be healthier than cane sugar.

        Fruits are also based.

        So when your diet is composed of a ton of delicious meat (steaks or whatever you like), liver 1x a week, delicious creamy whole milk, high-quality local honey, and so on, you will never ever crave shitty foods like cake or pizza or soda or whatever people crave. Then you'll know you're eating the right things. My gf used to love bread and spaghetti and crave it, even when we were eating "healthy" (quinoa, spinach, chicken, etc.) and now she has 0 desire for it. Don't waste your time with broccoli or lettuce, and DEFINITELY don't listen to the mainstream advice of glugging seed oils and bloating yourself with 12 servings of bread daily.
