Sorry for the delay just took a shower. It's a really long story but I was not hitting the gains I should have been after 2 years despite hitting all my macros rest etc and just had a bunch of lab work done to see if I was okay and this just hit me and a lot of other problems like my low sex drive started to make sense. I'm not lifting for athletics or anything it's just a hobby but I'm feeling not cut out for it anymore. I'm thinking of learning classical guitar instead with my free time, it's always something I've wanted to do.

Learn guitar though. Just don't give up fitness entirely. When you're 40, and all your friends are whining about muh back muh knees, getting gassed out from stairs, etc etc etc, and you brutally mog 99% of men in their 20s, you'll be glad you stuck to it.
Doesn't have to be gym, you could just do calisthenics and some cardio. Maybe pick up a barbell and some squat stands instead of a whole rack. But whatever you choose just stay active.

Probably depends on the dose. If you stay in range, you are probably ok. If you do 250mg+, it will start to show.
Blasting high doses and heavy androgens like tren, mast, and drol will absolutely ruin your face.

i can never tell if you guys are memeing when you post numbers like these. when i first started my TRT journey and got tested by my PCP i found out I was 130. i was living life like i was playing Halo with every skull activated.

418 is on the lower end of the spectrum but completely normal

You're not hypogonadal, you're fine. Plenty of insanely strong people have gotten that way with numbers lower than that.
Either quit moaning about some arbitrary number in a blood test or start pinning. Either way, you'll make gains.

Doing this should boost your test level. Where it is now is ok, but these should make it higher

and for the record, even ~400 is enough to reap most of the benefits of lifting
Free test levels in the blood mean frick all, unless they're really low. In fact, too high levels could indicate an absorbtion/sensitivity problem. Mine are slightly below 400 and I'm pretty muscular and stronk for a recovering fattie. Gonna recheck my bloods after my weightloss stabilises in 6 months or so.
