söy, corn, and grains. which is why their fat is so insanely high in omega 6 compared to chickens eating their natural diet of local vegetation, grasses, herbs, seeds, berries, worms, insects, snails, and slugs.
Vegans having to quit in less than 5 years due to health problems is not exactly a good advertisement for these "foods".Turns out we can be healthy despite fruit and veg, not because of them.
OP and all vegans are moronic, but the idea that because you need more than fruits and vegetables means they're bad for you is also nonsensical. Imagine if someone told you to drink water and you told him water is bad for you because you die if you stop breathing.
You would be correct if people's health improved on a BaLaNcE of modern foods and evolutionary foods, but this is not the case and has never been demonstrated to be so. All we know is that animal foods are required for health and then everyone has some personal degree of tolerance for other foods.
anti-oxidants are funny.
free radicals do cause mutations->cancer but free radicals are also used by the immune system, you are effectively disarming your immune system by consuming shitloads of anti-oxidants.
>muh antioxidants
the only antioxidants that matter are endogenous antioxidants like glutathione, taurine, melatonin, bilirubin, and uric acid. if you want to raise them, you should take glycine and taurine or eat animal skin/collagen and organs.
also, one 1g pill of vitamin C contains much more antioxidant activity than all the vegetables you can eat.
I do the following: I cook it in a pot with water and get rid of the water afterwards, because all the bad stuff is in there. Then I blend it with a bit of milk, because milk blocks the oxalates from being absorbed by your body.
I have been eating spinach daily for years now, no problems whatsoever.
>milk blocks the oxalates from being absorbed by your body
yeah, because the calcium binds to it. so you're blocking the oxalates, but you're also not getting any calcium from the milk either. >I have been eating spinach daily for years now
But why? There are so many other better vegetables you can eat, why stick just to spinach?
>but you're also not getting any calcium from the milk either.
true, but that's not my only calcium intake. I use the milk with the spinach only because of the taste.
>But why? There are so many other better vegetables you can eat, why stick just to spinach?
unfortunately, no. I acquired uncountable food intolerances a few years back and found through painful trial and error a handful of dishes that I can eat. I basically have three dishes that I rotate every three days. I got everything I need covered, the only downside is the lack of variation.
>you could be creating a long term problem if youre taking in too much oxalate your body will store it and cause problems later
there is no oxalate, though. Most of it is in the water that I get rid of and any possible rest gets bound to the calcium. I'm doing this for years now, had my kidneys checked recently, they are in perfect condition.

wtf, how? not even peas?
anyway, there's nothing in vegetables (or plants) that you can't get from cooked meat aside from vitamin C. why not just get a vitamin C supplement and be good?

Just eat raw meat

because I need to keep my weight. I need to eat the stuff that I can eat as much as I can. When my food intolerances hit I lost 10 kg in about 6 months, I don't want to go back there.
Just eat raw meat
can't... if someone asks, what I can't eat, I say, what I still can eat, because that's easier: fish, buckwheat, lactose free dairy, a few vegetables.
No fruit, no legumes, no meat, no eggs, no normal dairy and mild, no sugar, no histamine, no glutine, no alcohol, and a bunch of other things
>wtf, how?
I made a bad mistake a bit over two years ago, that I don't dare to post here. I guess I had the disposition before, but not like that.

>because I need to keep my weight
my man, spinach is not gonna help with that... >no meat
that's hard to believe. meat intolerance/allergies are extremely rare. >I made a bad mistake a bit over two years ago
what did you do? overdose on ibuprofen and antibiotics?

if you can't guess it, I got vaxxed and a few weeks later that shit started.
>that's hard to believe. meat intolerance/allergies are extremely rare.
I wish it wasn't like that, but whenever I eat anything that contains animal fats except certain sorts of fish I feel like shit for a week.

>I got vaxxed
I knew it could cause blood clots, myocarditis, and miscarriages, but didn't know about food intolerances yet, damn. >whenever I eat anything that contains animal fats except certain sorts of fish I feel like shit for a week
damn, wtf. that's so shit. maybe it'll reverse after enough time?

>damn, wtf. that's so shit. maybe it'll reverse after enough time?
maybe... however, it's almost two years now.
I don't want to lament, though. Food has lost any social and pleasurable aspect for me and it opened my eyes to the richness of life besides of it. Life has so much more to offer... people, art, religion, nature, music... You only realize how much you numb yourself to those things when you lose the cheap distractions. A normal person basically eats and consumes the entire day.

>anyway, there's nothing in vegetables (or plants) that you can't get from cooked meat aside from vitamin C
Wrong. You can still get more than enough vitamin C from meat. And if you go low carb or zero carb, then your body only needs a tiny amount of vitamin C, since carbs compete with vitamin C for absorption and that would now no longer be an issue.

The vitamin c is only in organ meats. Most people dont eat organ meats.

This they're good as frick. Then I have a 1lb rare steak. Vegantards and Ketotrannies will never understand the joy of life that is the Omnivore Master race.
>Feel like some rice today frick yeah love me some rice. >Alright Egg on toast fricking delicious! >A nice Salad with 2 Chicken breast sure thing! >Sausage and Saurkraut? Mein Fuhrer! I can Squat! >Oatmeal with Cheese and Hotsauce. Now we're leaving humanity behind! >Cookie time!
You're more likely to get cancer due to genetics and major environmental factors. Obese people have fricked immune systems so their body isn't good at seeking and destroying damaged dna. But eating these foods won't save you from skin cancer if you sit outside in Florida sun every day for 30 years without sunscreen, or if you smoke 2 packs a day and use chew.
Studies like this go >obese people who sit around and have shitty immune systems eat mcdonalds 6 days a week >it's the mcdonalds that caused cancer! >person who isn't fat and exercises 6 days a week eats vegetables and fruits >it's the food that saves them from cancer!
I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE
i WILL eat fruits and vegetables
i WILL eat dairy
i WILL eat meat
i WILL eat grains
i WILL consume carbs AND fats AND protein, animal or not
i WILL count my calories
i will NOT pick a side, so SHUT THE FRICK UP ABOUT THIS FRICKING SHIT
I WILL EAT AND DO WHATEVER THE FRICK I WANT
(TM)
let's see what I do:
apples, yup
broc n sprouts n carrots and caulibroc
yup, just in the regular veg mix at the store
flaxseed in the wholegrain bread, sure
garlic, raw when schedule allows it
kale, is just "redneck cabbage" here, cheap af too, goes well in stews n shit
pulses, sure
onions, eh maybe some edamame occasionally
tomatoes you bet, walnuts too
whole grains is all I eat
oh also oranges
k, need to do some blueberries, cherries, cranberries, grapes, spinach, and strawberries
Why hasn't the ketoschizo image been posted yet?
Anyways this is a good image except for onions, tea, whole grains, and walnuts. Onions should be obvious, walnuts are coated with shit that when applied to lips causes cancer. Tea bags can have chemicals that cause cancer. Whole grains would be fine if it weren't for greedy farmers using cancerous pesticides that contain glyphosate
>tomatoes >oranges >grapefruit >grapes >carrots >blueberries >apples >strawberries

Explain how any of these eaten in any normal quantity is bad on any way.
You cant
Explain how eating animal products in normal quantities is bad in any way.
You can't.

Sigh
those defense chemicals make it harder to absorb nutrients and increase inflammation because they compete over using the same nutrients.
I said bad not difficult
>defense chemicals cause inflammation and poor nutrient absorption

you're clinically moronic
Exercise causes inflammation. Try again. Accounting for pros and cons, there is a net benefit.

Meat and dairy cure cancer.
You already knew this though, moxyte. You tell lies all day every day.
This image has never been as prelevant as today.
I eat all of these
I also eat red meat, butter, fermented foods and a shit load of eggs
I don't see what the problem is here
These orthorexic cretins cannot even begin to comprehend that we can just both.
be careful with spinach though, it's extremely high in oxalates, so you should always cook it and don't eat it every day.

Red meat is the only food that you can sustain yourself on with nothing else.
whatever you eat, it will poison you
this is a fallen world after all
One day we shall all die. Have you put your house in order before the Lord? Or have you sought nothing in this life but fleeting material pleasure?
>foods that fight cancer
Ok if I get cancer instead of getting chemo I'll just chug asparagus all day, should work easily
2 years carnivore, still no cancer
2 more weeks?
I dont think you know how cancer works
Everything causes cancer. How about you just eat and be happy and stop worrying about some propaganda that will be overturned in 10 years.
