My Dr said working out end of day is fine as long as your heart rate and BP don't get too high. I found my body and mind felt really strained in a not pleasant way if I worked out end of day, however
will kill your appetite, kill your sleep, and make you irritable as frick in the evening when coming off of it.
It will be really effective at first, then you take it and zone out playing video games or watching porn till 6am

When I first got my script not too long ago, I would chew hella addy and be blasted for hours. The high feels absolutely incredible, but its a dog shit drug. It absolutely destroys your sleep and sleep schedule, turning you into a miserable zombie, it makes the thought of eating food horribly disgusting, you wont even drink water when on it and easily get dehydrated, the come down is pure anxiety and even the high itself is fueled by anxiety, youre just so high that you dont even care that youre skin tearingly anxious. If you could just get the high and not the absolutely shitty side effects, it would be a god send. Not to mention the tolerance build up is quite rapid.
Completely forgot to mention it will send your blood pressure and heart rate through the fricking roof. Such a shit drug, sadly
