I used to think I was very ugly, now I think I am a bit above average looking ,but it's still me. I wanted to lose weight because I was sick of being fat, I did not know what I would look like slim.
There were times when I wanted to get fit, but I was thinking that it would be pointless because I would still be stupid, useless and ugly. The anons who say you shouldn't start lifting because it won't fix everything probably have the same stupid idea that I had. but you don't know what it will fix and what it won't fix until you do it

Oh a lot of time. 7-8 years? I was yoyoing a lot. Went from 120kg (264lbs) to 75kg (165lbs) then from 75kg to 90kg(198lbs) and finally went from 90kg to 64kg ( 141lbs) this year.

well you see I kind of of went insane one day when I became so disgusted with myself I started walking uncontrollably for 10-15 hours a day. Then the walking turned into running and I started running uncontrollably
and I did it until I walked the equivalent of the Atlantic Ocean from Portugal To the United States and because of all that running I became an ultrarunner by accident
