Getting rid of face fat

How does one get rid of face fat? Ive gotten back into lifting after not doing it for a month and I switched to 5/3/1 after I found out my current routine was dogshit and I do cardio after I lift. I still have this god awful face fat, I don't eat much and my stomach rumbles weekly. Mewing seems like a giant meme as well. I just wan to lose my face fat.

    You have to lean out, face fat is usually one of the later fat deposits to go
    Clean your diet up (lower the carbs) and you should see some quick benefit of losing water weight
    5-3-1 is strength based and needs food/surplus so it's not ideal. Need a better routine for leaning out

          I hate to admit but I eat out of boredom, I want to stop but I don't have anything exciting or things to do in my life that can stop bored eating. All these guys on fit overcomplicate eating low calories.

    You have gyno, a double chin, and puffy as frick cheeks. It's just not a face fat problem, you're just fat overall
    Lower calories, lower insulin, walk a frick ton, sleep a frick ton, and eat high protein foods that are low in calories(chicken and lean beef)

    You can drink water and Sugar Free drinks anytime of the day, black coffee.

    Don't consume sugar

    Stronglifts 5x5, because you said you have little time to lift, it's a 3 days a week routine.

    Cardio, around 30 min, at least 3 days a week, skipping rope, running, walking up the stairs, it's up to you

    >Time
    If you do this, pretty strictly, you should drop significantly in weight and build some overall good strength

    You need to eat more vegetables and less goyslop. Make sure your cardio is not too stressful. I recommend separating your lifting and cardio by 6 hours minimum, especially if you are doing running.
    If you really want good advice though you need to go into more detail, what is your workout routine, what is your diet.

      I do 5/3/1 currently but I might switch to stronglifts. For breakfast I might eat oatmeal or these breakfast scramblers, for lunch I might eat hot pockets, chicken nuggets or steak ums and the same applies for dinner if my mom doesn't cook. I mostly drink water, energy drinks and zero sugar/calorie soda.

      Not op but am fat frick at probably 30% bf and want to lose my disgusting chin fat. Would 5x5 and walking incline 20 mins after every 5x5 be fine? Also according to some calc I should be eating around 2k cal to lose weight, how the frick do I even get that in 1 meal. Usually I only have time for one meal a day since I dont eat breakfast and skip lunch at work. And for the one meal I eat should I try to pack it with as much protein as possible? I'm 180lb.

      The work out part seems easy if it is what I mentioned above, I'm mainly confused about what I should be eating.

        Anon it should be easy enough.

        If I am in a hurry, I eat 600g of chicken on ~250g bread and that brings me up to about 1200kcal.
        Spread100g of butter across all the bread and youre at 1900.
        Think about it anon, you can do this.

    OP i saw big face gains getting down to 12% bodyfat, and I recently started a cut down to 9% and I'm still losing fat on my face.

    It's gradual, it comes off everywhere at once
