Extra virgin olive oil. Alternatively avocado oil and coconut oil for sweets. Other than oil you can use butter. Other anons will rec tallow and lard but I haven't used either so I can't reccomend. Now watch morons seethe
don't buy oil. cook in tallow or butter if you have to use a pan. i usually just bake everything except for when i pan fry ground beef since it can use its own fat as pan lubricant
where can i buy tallow? supermarkets dont have it, local farmer's market doesnt either.
yeah you might have to make some for your mom. or just tell her to bake everything from now on except for ground beef. pan-frying food is necessary for certain recipes, i get it, but if you're eating for taste over nutrition you're ngmi anyway
no, i'm not a bot. just bake everything since vegetable and fruit oils give me diarrhea. olive oil is the worst. i can stop getting the diarrhea episodes if i force myself to consume food cooked in olive oil everyday, to sort of "build a tolerance" to it. but nah, i'll pass.

My coworker asked "What's wrong with coconut oil?" When I pointed out the vegan ice cream we sell is mostly that and a bunch of chemicals.
Again he is a 250lb fat c**t so....
these types of fats are unstable and oxidize into poison really fast causing heart problems and alzheimers. if i remember the chart correctly, coconut oil was a 1, olive oil a 2, butter a 4, and these sneed oils were 50+
He's talking nonsense. High quality seed oils are best. As long as you don't keep them in a deep fryer for hours, you don't have to worry about oxidization.
seed oils generally have a really low smoke point, so this doesn't make sense.
forget a deep fryer, even if you make scrambled eggs with seed oil, a large amount of that seed oil will oxidize by the time you are done cooking. sure, seed oil is ok if you aren't cooking it at all (e.g. using it as salad dressing), but there are still much better alternatives.
All of this is just wrong. Are you just making stuff up?
You can literally see if oil is above smoke point (it usually isn't), it won't oxidize when making scrambled eggs, and there aren't any healthier alternatives.
corn oil literally burns at 350, most other seed oils burn below 425. avocado oil is one of the only oils that has a smoke point over 500.
why even bother posting your nonsense? i dont see what you gain out of spreading misinformation.

There's nothing wrong with seed oils. If you substitute seed oils 1:1 with lard or ghee, it's far more unhealthy.

She's doing the right thin and helping resist capitalism by consuming the oils. It's what Floyd fought for.
