No oatmeal. Ever
I can't enjoy oatmeal without adding a scoop of crunchy peanut butter.
Growing up we called that peanut butter porridge. We were poor af.
Eggs over easy on top. Simple as.
Milk instead of water and add a pinch of salt.
Milk instead of water and add raisins.
buy steel cut organic oats

cover and refrigerate overnight
eat in the morning with a sliced banana, peanut butter and sunflower seeds
that’s the way I like them. it causes no inflammation, unlike cooking them.
Interesting about the cooking bit. I have never heard that. I’ll let them soak over night in water and spoon of ACV. Then rinse with more water and cook with new water to eliminate as much phytic acid as possible.

add blueberries and sugarfree maple syrup, ditch banana
peanut butter powder is also good
>sugarfree maple syrup
Uhhh wat?
Half cup oats
Cup milk
Scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein powder

Mix it with skyr, berries and nuts. Blueberries especially are pretty juicy and provide lots of fluid to soak the oats.
Add milk, water or coffee for desired smoothness.
i've started making overnight oats because it saves a lot of time in the morning and in my opinion tastes better than regular oats
i used this video with some slight adaptations
Oats with half skimmed milk and a scoop of vanilla whey powder, let it soak for 5 hours, add honey and cinnamon.
Break up some chunks of 99% chocolate on top of the oats. Add cold milk. Yum yum.
