I fricking love the feeling of DOMS. I kinda miss being out of shape and going all out on a workout so that every single muscle hurts. Getting into bed after that feels amazing.
Once I overdid it so much that getting up would take 5 minutes and going to the toilet would take 10 because every little muscle movement would hurt a lot.
I did these today with 68kg
I skipped BSS day yesterday and did arms instead.
Today is BSS day instead.
Why.

I would feel worse if I skipped leg day.
my ass was on fire for almost a week after my first time doing these, the DOMS isn't so bad after that

What you kunts repping?
Comfortable repping 90lb 4x10 with solid form. Anymore weight is just ego lifting and I’m already fatigued after squats/RDL.
