stop egolifting moron. i guarantee you that you are using atleast TWICE as much weight as you could handle with proper stretch. you are 100% pushing it almost straight down using shoulders and chest and momentum instead of going on a angle and pushing it parallel to your body or even slightly behind.
when i go lower weight i can do a million reps and yeah when i go heavy my form turns to shit. you got any visual help for this moron when it comes to form because i see everyone do it differently.

I also think that. On the cable chances are very high you use your whole body.
Also, chances are you are wrecking your shoulders with skullcrushers. You don't know it with 20+ but after 30 you'll start nooticing.
i do skullcrushers single arm with a dumbell too and use my free arm for support (and feeling the muscle contract too which is nice), never really noticed using my shoulders though
Single arm with dumbbell is a whole other thing. It is WAY less stressing on the shoulders. On the other hand you can't overload like with an ez-bar. But that's the price you pay.
For me using a bar was easier. Weight+bar was more than double of 2x dumbbells. So let's say bar + weights war 35kg, the dumbbell wasn't 17,5 but 12,5 or 15.
Because of the bar you were utilizing shoulders +chest and even back more in the movement. Essentially cheating, but you were also using the triceps.
With the dumbbell you have to take less weight. Only upside, it's better for the shoulders, the wrists and you can assist with the other hand to failure or do negatives.

>only upside
There are several, but for whatever reason the effect, the pump was stronger for me on the ez-bar, despite knowing it's more harmful to shoulders etc.
I am nearly 30, I love >heavy straight bar behind the head skull crushers >monster ROM triceps dips (narrow grip, legs vertical or even slightly in front of you) >benching
works on my machine, zero shoulder and elbow problems

yes, I have been doing one sets of tri extensions to failure to warm up my elbows, then doing cable overhead extensions and my triceps have actually started growing for once
It's fine, but there are better tricep movements out there. Close grip bench, close grip incline bench, overhead triceps extensions, tricep dip machine, single-arm rope extensions, supported triceps extensions either sitting on an incline bench or lying on the ground so you can't cheat, and the old Westside Barbell "put a slam ball on the knee plate of an assisted dip machine and press that shit down" are all superior in my book, and I've got some big fricking triceps. The old rope/cable pressdowns are kind of mediocre.
Tug on robo dick? no thanks im not a homosexual!
>*fricks your right in the butthole*
didnt see that one coming did you? haha
that’s not what that machine does
homosexual.
Too tanned.
She'd look 10x better pale.
Imagine this was your wife and she was 100% loyal to you and was a virgin before she married you.
>bimbomaxxxed stacey trad that's waiting for marriage
now that's a fetish I never knew I had
>dual wielded BBC push downs
I seriously hope you don't do these....
Those would have nasty sweat stains if they were white
can never got a good pump on these or feel the squeeze. vastly prefer single arm push downs or skullcrushers.

this was me, using the long rope makes this even better

nta but how can you not overload, most gyms have dumbells that go up in 2kg increments

Get longer rope, or double them up so you can pull your arms further to your side
Single arm is far superior anyway - most people just do both arms cause they see others do that and can’t think for themselves
*actually gives you massive, juicy arms*
*makes you look like a looney tunes villain*
Apparently overhead tricep motions get better long head activation
yes, I have been doing one sets of tri extensions to failure to warm up my elbows, then doing cable overhead extensions and my triceps have actually started growing for once
>long head activation
And of course YOU'D know about that, queer.
Yes I made sure your mother was well versed in that
Why would triceps care about overhead or not? Supinated/neutral/pronated grip dumbass.
long head crosses the shoulder moron
Ah, that's why I see teenagers do this moronic exercise.
big arms makes your shoulders look smaller in comparison and thereby detracts from aesthetics
everything is about shoulders
if you want peak aesthetics you cant train, chest or arms, only back(but not traps) and shoulders
hate it or love thats the facts. Most people do the opposite tho and thats why they look like shit
>dont train arms or chest
>only work back and shoulders
Who the frick is trying to achieve ninja turtle mode?
anon how can i make my arms smaller
Anon you dont make your arms smaller, you make your shoulders bigger.
a large upper body looks comical with twig arms you fricking goofy ass
DYEL cope

I prefer these
Sorry but Mike Jizzraetel says it's bad so it's bad.
