      It says not to use that husk stuff daily.
      I have ibs, I shit 3-4 times a day, and after a big/rich meal, say 500kcals, I will have to shit within 5-10 mins of finishing.
      What can help me shit less?
      I shit so much my ass bleeds from excess wiping, even with baby wipes.

          Stop spreading this nonsense. It’s well established that people with digestive auto immune issues have varying triggers when it comes to food. For some people, certain common plant foods cause issues, for others stuff like dairy does, etc. It’s not appropriate to generalize.

          Carnivore morons look at small samples of people who are effectively just running an extreme elimination diet and therefore eliminating their problem foods along the way hence the improvement in digestion. It’s that simple. It’s well established that fiber is important for maintaining gut health, so telling people not to eat it is fricking dumb and is going to cause some idiot out there to give himself ulcerative colitis

              Same in what sense? At a basic structural level yes, but there clearly are differences in ability to digest certain foods. A basic example is lactose intolerance.

              Digestive issues are quite complicated, and IBS folks will tell you even their triggers seem somewhat random at times. It's not nearly as simple as you seem to think- the one thing that is certain is that fiber has a protective effect on your gut wall as well as various blood pressure, cholesterol, and glycemic benefits, and it's probably best to advise people to eat as much of it as they can tolerate

                Fiber has no benefit. The mythological benefit of fiber is demonstrated by comparing whole carbs to refined carbs.

                Carbs are harmful so when you compare the two the fiber blunts the harmful effect of carbs.

                The healthiest choice is to eat zero fiber and zero carbs.

                HINT: There's no fiber in breast milk.
