Sugar = negative affect on test levels. I don’t really believe in Cico or whatever but to build muscle you need about 150+ protein and 150+ carbs. Add fats for flavor but don’t go overboard.

The problem people tend to have with carbs is that for a long, long fricking time we at almost entirely meat. Whenever we found an apple tree or something we sat there and ate 10k calories and are programmed to pig out.
