Try lucid dreaming. I don't mean that you have to do it, but just try. It's my hack for falling asleep faster, because it makes me actually want to fall asleep since everything else isn't as interesting as the idea of sleeping while simultaneously being in a vivid world where I'm fricking anime girls. I've never actually lucid dreamed before, but I try.
Quit the caffeine and sugar.
Get more exercise.
Deep breathing to help relax.

Trained myself to fall asleep anytime, anywhere in under a minute with this routine. Legit maybe hit zero on my countdown once every 6 months. Works for bedtime and naps.

thats just false, you don't need to be tired to sleep, you need to be calm, relax ur brainwaves and u naturally go into a dream-like state even if u meditate in the middle of the day

ive never had a problem sleeping because I simply stay awake until I am tired
use melatonin before bed in drops. A few, like 4 or 5 should do the trick.
