        lol what? If you eat literally nothing else all day and only eat 1 pound of almonds for the entire day that would be 3,000 calories. So if your meal was a few ounces of almonds and nothing else you would be overeating. And obviously if you're eating other food, scale down the amount of almonds accordingly, but it's still very easy to overeat. You just can't do basic math

    Couscous, potatoes, lentil based pasta. These are all excellent alternatives to rice for carbs that are as easy/easier to make.

    Salmon, canned tuna or deenz, cartons of egg whites. These are all great ways to shake up always eating chicken.

    Literally any other frozen veg to mix it up, or some canned beans if you want more carbs with your fiber intake.

    And most importantly, fricking spices. People who b***h about "ugh chicken and broccoli again!" are all bad cooks who don't spice their shit. I can make you chicken, rice, and a veg 3 days in a row and use simple spices to mix it up enough that it's not a miserable slog.

    Fish, tuna and salmon steaks if you got the money for it, otherwise cheap frozen fish filets do it for me. Beans are good too and cheap, would recommend pinto or black. If you're getting sick of plain white rice, try adding in some chicken or tomato bullion for extra flavor, it's usually only 10-15 calories extra per every cup of water.

    salsa
    limes

    blend the avocado with cottage cheese and lime juice and a little salsa to make guac. enjoy beef burrito with cottage cheese guac
