You really benefit of not drinking and how good that feels after around two weeks up to a month which frickin sucks and makes it so easy to just surrender and drink some.

      I never get hangovers anyway

Just dont drink them. I love drinking too but there is not a single thing other than not drinking it that works.

I'm starting to think this is the way

I take it any time I'm going to drink more than a pint or two, it should at least reduce liver and cellular damage
The problem is it also fixes muscle damage so you get less gains, so you shouldn't take it too often

If you have access to THC vape cartridges, it can help replace some of the drinks. For example, rather than drinking 7 beers, take 2-3 puffs and you'll reach that good feeling after just 2-3 beers.

It's only a gains goblin (in a sense that it makes/keeps you fat) if you don't walk 20k+ steps a day on average. Or run/bike/swim/play any kind of ball.

People say it's unrealistic, takes too much time etc. but those people are fat so you just gotta stop thinking like a fat and move your ass.

Or give up drinking - but it's so good, and it's especially good when you're out drinking with normies but you magically stay below 15% bf and say it's genetics* when asked.

Good lad. I do like 15k most days unless something social gets in the way, sometimes 20-25k when the weather is nice.

I just don't like running and other intense types of cardio + there was nothing to do during c*vid so I turned into a wooooolker.

I'm simply athletic enough and work out hard enough that having 14 beers in a night once or twice a month doesn't matter

I have diabetes at age 3t, I'm only 85kg, I think it's because I used to drink. I don't see any other explanation, I never ate any sweets.

Explanation is its mostly due genetic lottery. Sucks bud

Do you drink them alone? Regularly?
In that case you're an addict.

Only drink one day a week and don't drink 6 or 7. I stopped drinking on the 30th December and even though it's 5 days later I still got aches in my upper back. Alcohol is not good for you but going completely teetotal is very hard to maintain so I'll drink only in Friday. Just got today left and I'll have done 6 days off which my liver will probably thank me for especially doing this every week from now on. WAGMI
